Pros
Great products, low pressure environment, very pleasant colleagues and customers in general, relatively stable employment, a bit plain and vanilla so min dramas.
Cons
Incestuous management, management lack broad or any outside Bruker experience, dead mans shoes for promotion, no process or development of people, cheap on business travel, lack any imagination in changing things to improve, do not accept alternative comments or challenges to their ideas. basic mantra... we have always done it like this.
