Great location, few min walk from Centralna train station so ideal for commuting purposes even outside of the city! More youthful work environment. Good if someone needs a job quickly for a short term.
Cons
Messy and capricious management. High requirements to get hired. Salaries are nothing special when compared to other companies in the same industry in Warsaw., especially for management roles, creating mismatch between what Bruker expects and is willing to give. Transition management is the worst one i have personally seen, explaining why everything is still stuck. Polish alternative to Glassdoors gowork.pl has nothing else except valid complaints about Bruker. People are being hired and fired as per face value, not as per their skills.
