Pros
Everyone in the company is friendly. The managers give you enough flexibility for working schedule. It is easy for team work.
Cons
It is very difficult to negotiate salary. Human resources have tons of excuses. Company locates at expensive sites, though HR will tell you that is a good thing for you. But NO. You will see how terrible your paycheck is when you work there comparing to the expense.
