Pros

There's a lot of work and you can have as much responsibility as you want. The projects/products are also interesting. The company gives merit raises every year which is typically around 2% & 3%. The company seems to grow every year. They are great at mergers and acquisitions.

Cons

This company doesn't seem to care much about advancement of employees from within or retaining talent. Advancement raises are capped at 7% (maximum) and it seems to include the merit raise. Meaning, you could go from an entry level position to Director of Operations and they will only give you, at maximum, 7%. From what I've seen the raises aren't worth the extra responsibility.
