Business Outlook
Pros
Great place to work if you are self reliant and a good self manager. Lot of freedom to plan your days. Would recommend anyone considering working for them has previous experience of there products from university/previous employment.
Cons
Little interaction with management. Can sometimes feel quite remote. Training isn't that great although help is there if you demand it. Admin can be unhelpful but I suppose that is every large organisation.
