Pros
- Relatively flexible in working time - Quite a variety of product solutions offered to consumers - Small benefits starting to appear, a good sign from MNC's perspective
Cons
- Lack of autonomy for operation side, this is hindering growth for local leaders - Top guy thinks that the company has large influence locally hence assuming other companies will pay attention, that is wrong we're not there yet - Comprises of different divisions working under a roof. Tries to unify the processes (which is good), but it's not working well yet. Management fails to acknowledge this shortcoming - Considerably huge turnover rate
