No room for advancement. Annual raises small. Very poor work culture. Profit driven. Too much egotism. Don’t have mental or physical conditions if you want to work here. Abusive engineers. Doesn’t care about employees. Worst tuition reimbursement program I have ever seen. Insurance could be improved. Not an inclusive work environment. Too much office politics for such a small fab. Doesn’t care about worker safety. Upper management does not care about employees and is not shy about making it known.
