Most of the software engineers left due to bad management and were replaced by people whom are either well connected or liked by their manager, Even when they don't have the proper education or experience. Even the team leader left and they couldn't find another one so they simply allocated another manager to partially fill his spot. The corporation makes you sign policy papers against bringing close friends and family but it seems some managers are veteran enough to do as they please. If you don't like extreme walking on eggshells or being in a team which most people are blabbermouths who don't respect your privacy while indulging themselves to contradict their own policy, Do yourself a favor and work someplace else.
