Pros
rather below-average salary in today's standards. some nice colleagues still exist in office.
Cons
In general, Bruker today exhibits a classic case of toxic culture: - fear-based management, all the way from the one at the top to bottom. - hierarchy is filled with yes-men, regardless of rank and position. In other words, a one-man show global management. - rampant finger-pointing, blaming, when things did not go according to plan. This happens very often within teams too. - lack of trust amongst colleagues are pretty common. - different individuals, teams and departments often work in silos. They are often on the defensive, no collaborative spirit at all. - rampant bullying by bosses on subordinates. This is especially true in asian offices. I also heard some cases in European offices too. - extremely lean headcount in various teams. Many individuals at the operations level are overworked and extremely demoralized. This is regardless of location in the world.
