Pros

kind of flexible with working from home or on site

Cons

Despite claiming to be technology-focused, the company is overwhelmingly sales-driven. Success heavily depends on the team you’re assigned to; without a strong team, mentorship is lacking, leaving employees unclear about their roles. Poorly managed teams frequently change direction and appear to lack a clear strategy. Conversely, good teams are relatively stable but not accessible to everyone. High turnover rate, red flag Minimal cross-team communication, exacerbated by the company’s acquisition of numerous smaller businesses. My team prioritized sales above everything else, with no concern for employee well-being. Management openly humiliated those with low sales performance, creating a toxic work environment. Immense pressure to meet sales targets, with little to no support or recognition for effort. No clear career progression — many employees remain in the same role for decades. Salaries and commissions are shockingly low, making the compensation package uncompetitive and demotivating.
