Toxic environment - Software Engineer Bruker Employee Review

The amount of gossip and snooping there is ridiculously exaggerated, unlike any company I've ever seen or heard of. Biased employee annual reviews. The software team used to have a fantastic manager. After he had left, an awful manager came in his stead. Since then, almost all of the devs have left which created a disarray and an absance of knowledge in the software, since almost nothing there is documented. Then a new software manager replaced him which has been even worse. Appearingly seems like a nice person who bakes cakes for everyone. But on the inside, deceitful with unrealistic expectations.
