Pros

You'll get to dayshift quick because of high turnover which also means more opportunities for management positions.

Cons

They have lagged in giving raises to all employees, other facilities are paying higher in comparison. Low call pay rate, low night shift differential. No hiring bonuses, no tuition reimbursement. Their school is incredibly expensive compared to other private schools in the area. Have to work here for six months to qualify for short term disability. There is low morale and management is doing little to nothing to fix it. The health insurance is expensive and terrible, very few providers are tier 1 and services there are expensive.
