Cons
Management all over is unsupportive. Hospital is jam packed and nurses are expected to take 7+ patients regularly, staff is all getting snippy and mean to each other. Lots of cliques throughout hospital. Hospitalists like to sleep around. Easy to get locked into loan reimbursement so you can’t escape without paying 5k.
