Can be good with the right pay/management - Certified Pharmacy Technician III Bryan Health Employee Review

Some of the management don't hold people accountable for their actions whereas others do. They promote growth, but then make it difficult for some people to change roles because they're considered too valuable in their current role. The organization also raised Tech I and II wages but neglected to do the same for Tech III and they have not fixed this yet. They are allegedly working on it, but the fix will likely be a very minimum increase and not enough to truly show our experience and specializations.
