Pros
Good starting job, especially if looking to go into nursing.
Cons
Your unit will make or break your experience. Some have all great nurses and support staff with good ratios, while other times you can be the only tech for 22 acute patients. Nursing homes also pay better, but this is much easier in my opinion.
