Pros
In my time here at BU, I have learned that the university itself values it employees as much as the students! The employees are treated fair, they are honest, dependable, they strive their hardest to make the students successful. Being an Admissions Rep, I am on the front lines, I build relationships with students, I encourage them when sometimes there is no one else to, I see their potential, I see their success and I am more than happy to cheer them on. I am proud to be an asset to the company, and I love to see lives change for the better!
Cons
I wish I had more interactions with students past the two weeks of admissions and them starting class. I would love to see their success all throughout their program.
