Pros
Limited Experience Needed. Friendly faces and caring management (in most departments). Room for growth in particular areas, as long as you show determination and a good work ethic.
Cons
The nature of employment is temporary in most departments, mainly due to seasonal nature of many of the attractions. The community is close knit, which can often lead to interpersonal issues find their way into the workplace.
