Good for experience and learning.

Cons

Employees travel long distances with personal vehicles company says they will pay mileage but don’t. They don’t reward hard working long term employees. They lowball wages . They shine employees on in hopes they will forget about the concerns.

My overall experience with Brycon is positive. Leadership is always available to talk with, and senior leaders are always willing to share their knowledge. I have learned a lot working for this company and even have opportunities to expand my professional knowledge through certifications and classes.

Cons

bonuses are tied to overall company performance and how much work we accomplish within the year, so it can have its good and bad years.
