Cons
Management doesn’t know how to communicate with each other or to their employees, experienced/overheard various racist comments that I have evidence of and just macro aggression from both men’s and women’s, the clothes are not made for people of color and the people can tell because the clientele ( and staff) are all white. When I started, along with other management, all of the queer, black people quit or was fired, that tells you something. I have cried multiple times over the job for a multitude of reasons, if you value a healthy work place and diversity, this isn’t for you. I accrued a lot of money for Buck Mason but it was never enough. Just a cult that prioritizes white men and white brunettes <3. If you read the other reviews, they are beyond accurate.
