Pros

Positives are few and far between, however I was able to make some good friends.

Cons

- Unrealistic expectations for Stylists - Corporate plays favorites - Your employment is constantly in jeopardy based on how much you sell - Trained to borderline harass customers into buying product Overall this was the worst job Ive ever had and I truly thought I was going to stick it out until the "growing pains" went away. Safe to say that never happened.

The clothing packages are insane. Great People all around. Management really cares about you if you take things seriously and try hard.

Clothing Allowance including shoe reimbursement and Gym reimbursement program.

Cons

Toxic environment with upper management having favorites. Also very tone deaf in creating a "safe" work environment for those who are minorities.
