Pros

They had flexible scheduling which is hard to come by.

Cons

When I worked here I saw 4 managers come and go. Very high employee turnover rate. Towards the end of my time here I was training on every shift.

Pros

Very good work environment. All seniors and Pharmacist were very supportive. great exposure to close door Pharmacy functions.

Cons

Lot of responsibilities attached with the title. Pharmacy workflow is completely dependent on how it is managed. No opportunities for progress.
