Pros
When time off is requested you will get it (as long as it's not during the holidays, when you are really needed) and they work with your school schedule. You are treated with respect. 30% employee discount. You feel like you are an important part of the team.
Cons
The pay is very low, minimum wage, you only get a raise of 15 cents after being there for a year. 25 cents if you have been outstanding. Getting sick all the time, children do not cover their mouths when the cough, and have lots of germs. Spoiled, unmannerly children and parents who do not discipline them. The music.
