make sure you are friends with the loud people
- they draw the most attention, whether they are good at their job or not doesn't matter.
- if you don't drink the juice and be a part of the crowd, you will be cast out and be the first in your department to be criticized.
- they preach forward momentum and always push the limits, but they use the excuse that things are always changing as a crutch as to why nothing ever gets done in a timely manner.
- they also believe in promoting from within, even with position and jobs that have been done before, so the "new" person has to figure it out, or they google the job description lol so, no real progress is made.
