Pros
Easy job. Vehicle Inspection, strap flat bed, role and dump if Class B truck, unload with forklift if flatbed trailer. Pay is bottom, promise OT, but not consistent.
Cons
Don’t pay enough to take advantage of their “benefits”. Low hourly wages with promise of OT not guaranteed or consistent. Does not comply with Safety Standards. Safety is a thought not the rule. Utilize snitches to evaluate performance. Most mgrs and supers have never done the work and imply they know best. Keep employees with negative issues and dismiss others with same issues.
