This company is owned by 1 person with lots of self control issues that result in bullying of employees and emotionally driven business decisions that result in a workforce who just keeps their heads down as to not rock the boat. If you are trying to get your foot in the door for electrical engineering, then this company may have value to you. Otherwise, if you are a professional who enjoys employing the knowledge and skills you know work, you will be met with roadblock after roadblock. HR is also a toxic department and cosigns a lot of the bad behavior from upper leadership.
