Genuinely nice owners with above average pay for the role, some opportunities for growth

Cons

Inconsistent treatment from employee to employee, no hr, penalizing point system for lateness or absences including covid related absences, bonus based on attendance not performance, little appreciation or recognition for rbts from supervisors, poor communication from clinical director and an emphasis on professionalism and appearances rather than quality services provided

Kids are amazing, staff are super friendly. Great ethics and standard of care for clients. You get paid to do backup work if your client cancels. Competitive pay!

Cons

15 minute breaks for lunch, some BCBAs can be hard to work with, burn out, career advancement is biased. Strict attendance policy.
