Pros

At Building Blocks Therapy you will learn, be challenged and feel rewarded. The staff has been very helpful and great at giving guidance and answering questions. This job offers such fun and special relationships built with clients.

Cons

This job definitely isn’t for everyone and can be quit challenging. The training is not super intense, which is nice but also leaves for a lot of learning in the moment.

Kids are amazing, staff are super friendly. Great ethics and standard of care for clients. You get paid to do backup work if your client cancels. Competitive pay!

Cons

15 minute breaks for lunch, some BCBAs can be hard to work with, burn out, career advancement is biased. Strict attendance policy.
