Ok job - Behavioral Interventionist Building Connections Behavioral Health Employee Review

I feel they don’t know the clients very well when you are first assigned to them. Short notices when people call out (Like a few hours before). Depending on where the immediate need is, especially if you are looking for full time, there could be lots of driving. Also, they don’t properly train employees ahead of time before going out to the field. I pretty much only lasted a few months because I felt that management was not being objective and only was “friends” with certain employees.
