- While it's gotten much better over the last couple of years, still needs a bit more cohesive strategy / direction among internal orgs. Sometimes feels like a tale of two companies between our platform offerings. I have faith that will be addressed over the next couple of years.
- Speed and Agility is important here. While I personally think of this as a pro, for those that aren't used to a pace of change in processes, strategy, etc based on market trends/acquisitions/etc - it can be disorientating. If you are someone who is more nimble, move this to a pro as it keeps the work exciting.
- Recently Bullhorn has had some new leaders put into place for some internal and external movement. While it may be bumpy for a little bit, these are incredible people that I feel very confident will take the next step and lead us on to better things.
