- This is a company for a very specific type of person.
- It is the only firm for which I’ve ever worked where almost 50% of my Services team voluntarily quit on the same day. 3 out of 8 persons resigned, putting enormous, back-breaking stress on the rest of the services organization to avoid failure and seemingly inevitable fire-squad.
- Middle management takes no accountability for shortcomings (just the opposite, hence the above...)
- CEO is not a leader. CEO is not innovative. CEO is a stage prop for the Private Equity giant behind Bullhorn, which has cornered the market via multiple, PE-backed acquisitions in the last 5 years.
- Beware of Bullhorn culture. Stay vigilant of Bullhorn’s "benevolent personalities". Especially beware of those with tenure and who seem nice and harmless. Their support goes only as far as your incentives are aligned.
- Not a place for the ethical growth. Any employee with a real moral compass is sitting on a ticking time bomb.
- This company is a high-yield bond. Join at your own risk. At minimum, be methodical. You may prefer a more ethically run business at lower salary like me.
