4yThank you so much for your review. It is great to know that all the efforts Bullhorn puts into it creating and maintaining a great culture are having the desired impact. The last few years have been challenging for any company in this area and I’m so glad you feel well looked after. I did want to address your comment on unlimited holiday, as this is very much apart of Bullhorn’s DNA. All employees are encouraged to take in excess of their contractual holiday entitlement and if you feel that is not something you are able to do, I would suggest discussing this with your manager or perhaps reach out to your HR Business Partner on the best way to navigate this. - Emma Brennan, Director, HR Int'l
