Pros

Casual dress code Remote Work

Cons

No Career Growth or Training. Constructive criticism will get you ostracized. Employees are treated like children. Expressing frustration with lack of opportunities is viewed as complaining.

It sounds like you had a tough time toward the end of your tenure here - and I'm sorry you feel this way. That being said, I don't feel like your experience was a typical one in Support. Last year, over 40% of the Support team received a promotion - a record for Support but just barely as we consistently see movement and advancement. Regarding constructive criticism, this is something we welcome and embrace. We have fully open quarterly Town Halls, quarterly skip levels, an employee-driven "Ambassador" program, and weekly development and coaching discussions to ensure each person has clear path to success and that their voice is heard. If you want to discuss any of this one on one I'm happy to connect anytime via email, cell, or LinkedIn. - Steve Warfield, SVP, Global Support

Pros

Super solid culture with amazing values. Focus on innovation and future growth. Amazing CEO and leadership team. Transparent communication about the good and the bad. Consistent employee engagement initiatives (mental health, ERGs, summer and holiday parties). Growth opportunities are not drawn out for you, but they're available if you are curious, hungry and share a vision for growth.

Cons

(not a con for me, but ...) fast-paced, work hard, play hard culture

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
