Pros

Bullhorn is truly an amazing company. In my 2 years here, I have been stretched, challenged, and grown in so many ways. A few pros: - People are incredible. They really care about what they do and see purpose in their work. - Management provides many paths to grow and develop and try to help you find success (inside or outside their team) - Flexibility and work-life balance. With outside obligations, I've felt that my occasional family needs are never criticized and seen with an empathetic lens.

Cons

Not many cons from my experience - Right now, there is a bit of pressure with the economy, but that's (almost) everywhere. - With the shifts from the departments, it can feel a bit uncertain, so agility is taken to a new level - The culture and values are so ingrained, so if it doesn't resonate with you, it might not be a great match (for me, this is a positive, but it can also be a dealbreaker for some)

Appreciate this review - especially the advice to management. It's an excellent reminder, especially in what sometimes feels like choppy waters. Glad to see that you're having a great experience here - and keep that feedback (positive, constuctive, observational, whatever!) coming! - Kelley Morse CPO.

Pros

Super solid culture with amazing values. Focus on innovation and future growth. Amazing CEO and leadership team. Transparent communication about the good and the bad. Consistent employee engagement initiatives (mental health, ERGs, summer and holiday parties). Growth opportunities are not drawn out for you, but they're available if you are curious, hungry and share a vision for growth.

Cons

(not a con for me, but ...) fast-paced, work hard, play hard culture

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
