Pros
Owners were spectacular, facility was literally a museum, drivers were professional and worked hard.
Cons
Cliquish groups within the company, a lot of backbiting permitted by HR, a borderline hostile environment if you happen to be on the wrong end of the equation. Number of relatives work with and/or for one another out in the plants, certain lapses are simply overlooked. Lot of talk about the culture of working there but it seemed more like lip service than anything else.
