Pros
- I recieve many hours working there. - I already got a promotion and two raises since I've been working there (a year ago). - The pay period is every week, which is great compared to every two weeks. - Most areas are well-organized. - It is a very independent based job. - There is always something to do. - Everyone is friends and there is a good atmosphere.
Cons
- If you are closing and your department is completely finished, you are not allowed to go home - you have to go help another department who has its own workers who couldn't get it done on their own. It's their job and I believe they should do it themselves. - They recently changed the dress code but do not provide it to you, you must buy it. And it is not even available at Burlington - you have to search elsewhere and spend your own earnings on a stupid outfit. - There is no communication between the managers. - The registers and other things I work with are very outdated and could be brought up to date and modernized. - If a customer is in the wrong, and you are sticking up for the good of the company, a manager will put the company completely aside and do anything for the customer. Very annoying. - Loss Prevention sucks! There is only one guy and he's hardly ever there. I watch people taking things and cannot say anything to them since he is not there. Managers say they can't do anything anyway. REDICULOUS.
