Here i list the pros of Burndy Technlogies; 1.Burndy has been acquired by Hubbell so its incorporated with Hubbell which is a very good MNC company in world wide so people who work in Burndy may have chance of having Onsite visit to US but its not more than 15 Days and off course depends of Project that you are expertise,Mostly Managers would go quite often 2.Work life Balance,No stress at all,Free to explore lot on the technical as well Management side 3.You will have to collaborate with UC counter parts for every move thats actually a good thing to be connected everyday. 4.5 Days of working unlike India Companies 5.Working hours would be 8.30 hours but you will have to come in shift until and unless you are a Manager. 6.Interview will be mostly on the Resume so be prepared with your resume

1.There is no Cons i found there since i got very good team Manger in My team so there is no Major Cons according to me but sometimes i felt little disappoited about CTC that i had discussed with HR while joining so care to be taken will discuss about CTC and take Home salaries and off course this issue will be there in every companies .So All the Very Best
