Pros

Very good sharing of information betwwen individual contributors, very good employees stock owenership program. Probably a very good company for new graduates that are looking for a place to stay for quite a while. A very structured environment for new engineers to learn from more experienced engineers. Can accumulate quite a bit of wealth if you stay for 10+ years.

Cons

Very authoratative environment, very little in the way of technology - phones did not even have caller-id. A company very much stuck in the past. Very inffective or non-existent management. Most managers have worked themselves up through the ranks and many have very little if any interpersonal and/or leadership skills. Not a high paying place to work. Was amazed at how cheap they were when it came to pay and other cost items at this company. Standard work day was 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM at a minimum for engineers. Company is somewhat of a engineering sweatshop.

Pros

Most people I worked with throughout the company were warm and welcoming.

Cons

The politics were a little much. Most days felt like you're on Survivor.
