The purpose of our new app was to encourage all employees to have their say and we've seen some great discussions and interactions across the practice. We do understand that at times, when project deadlines approach, our people can work overtime and we greatly appreciate your hard-work and commitment when work can be demanding, In order to try and overcome this we have recently introduced a new system to improve the planning and management of our projects, which we hope will reduce working overtime.
