Pros

Some of the people are really great. Not welcoming though, as there are central cliques and hierarchical Brown nosing groups

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all The emerging professionals programme sounds good, but in reality it's a glorified secretarial course and was cancelled halfway through due to lack of funds when I took it. Everyone is expected to work far above and beyond their contracted hours Promises of a bonus are rubbish Internal communication is lacking, for example the closure of an office in another city reached us through the grapevine with no announcement.

Flexible work environment was great. They're pretty good on diversity.

Cons

Stressful work for sure, but I've heard it varies depending on your location. They do random layoffs.
