- Lack of leadership/senior presence. Lack of direction and guidance from seniors. They are more like jobs not job leaders. Therefore resulting in young engineers running around like headless chickens/ working in silos (most would seek answers google and read from textbooks). Even worse, at end of the day, no checks/review are done on the work, wouldn't be surprised to see some works end up in CROSS newsletters someday - Office is not a healthy environment to work, bad washrooms, really stuffy at times, loud like a mess hall, people often get headache - Management lack of honesty and transparency, resourcing doesn't reflect actual work load since it is done by people who doesn't do the work. No suprise - Bad support, several occurrences of IT and HR being so unresponsive that it end up ruin someone's issue/future (an intern wouldn't get an offer since they 'forgot'). Lack of quality technical training, CPDs have to be found outside of the office - Bad/inflexible promotion scheme
