We appreciate hearing about people’s experiences as this makes us aware of where necessary improvements are needed. We’re sorry you feel that way, we have a 0 tolerance policy on bullying within the organisation and always encourage and support employees to utilise the relevant policies in place to managing such claims. You raise a valid point about team events needing to be accessible for all, we believe it’s important to create and build a culture where people can be themselves.
