We are investing in enhancing our leadership capabilities of our line managers and we will continue support them on their progression. The team has been working on some great projects in 2018 across Europe, rather than focusing on projects in Poland only. Going forward while we will continue to do that, we are looking for a balanced approach to continue to work on local projects as well.
