Hi There Many thanks for your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you appreciate the flexibility we have to offer within the organisation. We currently work in a male dominated industry but we are seeing clear signs of improvement in our gender balance. How our employees experience the organisation is of great importance to us and I hope you took advantage of the opportunity to feed this into our recent Culture Survey which our regional and Business Services teams are now using to form their own action plans. Work life balance is important and we appreciate that in a project led environment it can be tricky at times to feel obtain this sense of balance. I am sorry to hear about your experiences. We value our employees' health and well being and will continue to push our work life balance initiatives. Your point about career paths is noted.
