Delighted to see some great positives there, I'm glad you can see the career progression routes open to you and of course, different paths to take you forwards including secondments. Socialising has been a little different in 2020 but we're looking forward to seeing each other more hopefully fairly soon. You raise a good point about checking that work-life balance. It's true that there can be crunch times for projects and this can prove overwhelming if they happen for multiple projects at the same time. Whilst we do monitor resource planning very regularly in each team, please speak to your line manager or project leads if you're struggling (or foresee a struggle). And finally, you make an insightful point about Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnicity representation in our industry. As you say, we are keen advocates for diversity and inclusion and work with organisations such as AFBE (the Association for BME Engineers), the Royal Academy of Engineering's GEEP programme, and others in order to continue to be part of the drive for positive change.
