Hello Thank you for taking time out to leave this feedback it's really helpful. It's always great to hear about the impact working on our projects has on people. I would be interested in hearing more about the lack of transparency you mention should you feel comfortable getting in touch with me directly but will nonetheless take this point back to the business. Providing opportunities for employee voices to be heard is of great importance to us, we have a number of employee network groups, Yammer groups and our anonymous peer to peer mentoring platform which all play their part in elevating employee voices.
