      Excellent projects, lots of responsibility early on, much more "fun" workplace than other MEP firms. Excellent insurance, good 401k options.

      Cons

      Weak on-boarding, weak proprietary technical standards, intense work-load, little respect for work-life boundaries.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment was great. They're pretty good on diversity.

      Cons

      Stressful work for sure, but I've heard it varies depending on your location. They do random layoffs.
