Hello Anon Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences, it's always disappointing to hear that they may not have been as positive as we'd like. Your comments are hugely valuable. Identifying behaviours which are contrary to inclusion is something we take seriously. We believe respect in the workplace is key. Since this review all senior managers/directors and line managers have participated in our inclusive behaviour workshops as fostering a culture of respect and inclusion is important to us.
