Hello Anon Thanks for taking the time to come on and leave us a review. Heartened by your experience of working with our people. Sorry to hear you feel we are not as diverse as we could be. Our aim is to foster an inclusive and equitable environment which in turn enables diversity. We do monitor our demographic data and whilst yes in some regions we continue to strive for better representation of marginalised groups we have been encouraged by what our metrics show. Importantly, we also ensure we capture people's experience of working for us through measures such as our inclusion survey and employee check ins.
