Pros

- great projects and great portfolio enhancement - good career progression as long as you have good relationship with your direct and higher level seniority - great teams, people are really awesome

Cons

- the partnership is big (and keeps growing) and disconnected within themselves - leadership is not in touch with staff and the delivery of projects - pockets of poor behaviour towards women, foreign staff and POC - salary is generally lower end, which is a big disconnect when company is sold as a premium consultancy

Flexible work environment was great. They're pretty good on diversity.

Cons

Stressful work for sure, but I've heard it varies depending on your location. They do random layoffs.
