      Nice open office that has great views of downtown LA

      Cons

      Low salaries, no room to grow, upper management doesn't help you to advance within the company. You have to pay for your own parking.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment was great. They're pretty good on diversity.

      Cons

      Stressful work for sure, but I've heard it varies depending on your location. They do random layoffs.
